The creative peep over at Jerkass. have put together a new shop called Last Call Clothing Co. Inspired by vintage tavern shirts from across the country, Last Call picked up a pint and let the creative ale flow. The result is a great collection of tees that are perfect for a night at the bar. You’ve got to love a shirt that makes people laugh, wonder if you’re an idiot, and completely confuses them at the same time. Disinformation T-Shirts do it all. Take for example our feature tee, the Visit California shirt - with a drawing of New Orleans and the state slogan from Arizona. It ridiculous and funny. What’s better, or perhaps worse, is that a lot of people might not even get it. (Something tells me Miss South Carolina wouldn’t even flinch).

So it appears the September 19th is International Talk Like a Pirate Day. It kind of sounds insane, but OK. In conjunction with Talk Like a Pirate Day Zazzle has put together a contest to help you dress like one too. Rules and details can be found here. The long and short of it is that you can design a pirate themed tee or other product and get a shot at winning $1,000. Cool enough. There’s plenty of entires already, some good, some bad. If you’ve got a Zazzle account then thrown on a little Pirates of the Caribbean and get designing, Arggghhh.
The guys at Scrappy Apparcel Co. dropped us a line a couple weeks ago. Worthy tees to pass along so here we go. I always up for a good play on word and If I Want Your Opinion Alaska  - perhaps a good new state slogan for the frozen wasteland? And a decent looking Vegas tee. Lots more to check out, so hit em up. And like so many shops these days they offer up the opportunity to budding t-shirt designers to submit designs, and get paid - fairly.
 
I’m in your base killing your d00dz. Really. Yeah, I have no idea what it means either, but it’s spawned this mad lib style write in t-shirt. Just add your favorite two nouns and a verb and you’ve got yourself a custom tee. The shirt even comes with a washable marker. How about “im in ur CLOSET STEALing ur SHIRT. Grab one at ThinkGeek.com.
Leave it to the quick witted folks over at Busted Tees.com to jump on the Sanjaya bandwagon. Even if you don’t watch American Idol you’ve likely had to hear about Sanjaya Malakar with his pony hawk, flamboyant style and marginal singing. If you have heard Sanjaya sing you fall into one of two camps - you think Sanjaya sucks or you like Sanjaya because he’s so bad (and you’re a 12 year old girl).
