I’m always trolling the viral video sites for good shirt commercials. As easy as it is to put together video these days I’m a little surprised more shop keepers aren’t doing it. Even the run of the mill clip can get you a little exposure, and those with a truly creative mind could definitely drive some sales. That said, here’s one of the better of the bunch. It doesn’t seem to be much more than footage from a runway show, but the production value is good. The clip is for JesusBranded, contemporary Christian shirts.

Viral video is quickly changing the face of advertising. While YouTube may not offer up the same audience as a 30 second spot on the Superbowl, it does provide a way for anyone with a video camera, a product to sell and some creativity to reach a worldwide audience. And for t-shirt entrepreneurs who usually start up with a shoestring budget working out of a garage, or with an online shop like CafePress, or Spreadshirt, it’s a great medium to inexpensively promote their shops.
