Saturday, July 19th, 2008The ESPYs are one those Hollywood events where it’s not surprising you end up with a lot of t-shirts on the red carpet, or blue carpet as the case may be. Here’s a few highlights including Mekhi Phifer, Playmate Holly Madison and Brandon Jacobs, among others. And we couldn’t help but throw in a couple Playmate who’s shirts have only been painted on. That still counts right?
CollarFree Has Lots to Like
Saturday, July 19th, 2008Not even sure where to start with these guys. So much to like. First the name, CollarFree, one of those things I wish I’d thought of myself. Dig it. Second, the way they mail their tees – in a drawn string cloth sack. I’m sure the post office curses them, but who cares, it’s all about the details. I get a lot of stuff in the mail. Some tees are shoved in envelopes, others are uniquely packaged with care. These guys are doing it right.
And of course the tees. They’re great. Cool organic designs. Our samples were super soft with good fit. The tags have been removed so I’m not certain of the stock, but that’s fine with me. (I hate tags). Once additional detail I like is that they included a bio postcard on the designers. Nice touch. Our samples were the Regalia tee, designed by Kris Willhoite, and Freedom, by Erin Turner. Worth mentioning as well that CollarFree has a design competition. Lots of reasons to check these guys out.
