This site came across my inbox a few weeks ago and it intrigued me. The entire line of shirts is designed around an anime-style character name Varlern‚Ñ¢.

a lady who isn’t interested in shopping, does not hang out in girly-groups, hates partying, is apathetic to love and men/women, full of angst caused by her disillusions of the world and who is strong enough to handle any situation by herself. Add fighting skills to her and the result is a physically and emotionally indestructible goddess.

Each design features the Valern character in different moods or doing different activites. With shirts like Bloodlust, Devil-busting, and Badass it seems to make sense, then again, there’s one where’s she fishing. I can’t quite wrap my head around it but it’s an interesting concept.

If you’ve ever seen the countless picture on the net of Jessica Biel working out you’d wonder whether she thought she actually was Wonder Woman. If she was maybe she’d have fixed these jeans though, but whatever. She’s looks to be wearing what looks to be a vintage Wonder Women tee.

Go Ape shirts has got a nice selection of cartoon style shirts that really aren’t cartoons. More like illustrations, if that makes sense. They have some nice cultural references with unique spins, like the Can You Hear Me Now shirt, or the old school reference, Elliot’s New Friend. Unique stuff that stands apart in the current look-a-like world of designer tees.

I’ll admit I know nothing about cartoons. Strange because generally I have the mind of a teenager. So I’ll leave it t-shirt fans to figure this one out. It’s a picture of Kiera Knightley and Rupert Friend with a Col. Blimp shirt. If that floats you’re boat, more power to ya.

Leave it to Christina Aguilera to hit the streets in a tight tee and no bra. Her deep throat giraffe shirt is one of our favorites (sidenote - DeezTeez has a great version of that). This time Christina is spotted braless in a white Felix the Cat tee.

Another good user submission. (Keep them coming). This time from Girl Power. There’s nothing better than a girl in uniform. Check out the designs by Nassos Vakalis. Good stuff. Also some Girl on Girl graphics.

Obviously a bit of an old photo of Kelly Clarkson rehersing at the VMA’s in a Batman Shirt. Cool shirt and Kelly looked about 20 pounds thinner than she is now.

Here’s Jordan (aka Katie Price) wearing a Tom and Jerry T-Shirt- Happy Together Again. Most people are used to seeing Jordan with her shirt off in Playboy, but this snap is a good edition to our cartoon character t-shirt archives.
