I’ve been getting almost daily email updates for a site worth plugging. It’s a CafePress dedicated blog that profiles up a site a day. Put together by the guys that do Tuesdayteez.com – who I believe are also behind Detour Designables. The CP blog isn’t much to look at itself, but features some nice CafePress shops. If anything it’s a great repository for samples of what can be done with the CafePress system in terms of layout and site design.

As for Tuesdayteez, it’s much easier on the eyes and a great concept, though it hasn’t been updated since November. Even on a weekly basis keeping stuff up-to-date is always harder than you think.

Not surprising to see some recession based tees popup. This site seems to be devoted to the topic. RecessionJunction.com. The bailout tee’s marginally funny, and probably the best of the bunch. Consider this an open call to comment with any other bailout / economy based tees you find.

I came upon this on someone’s Tumblr. Based on this tee from Typetees – I Supplement My Personality with Witty Shirts. Perhaps mot a fan of witty type tees? Though they just created a pretty decent parody.

I don’t think I’ve ever posted up a specifically ‘Spanish’ shop, but one came across our inbox. Lola Freak. Self-describe as Spanish and it looks like some of the themes follow suit, but the site IS in English. They’ve got a Valentine’s Day shirt special running as well, buy 2 get a third free. Also a DIY portion of the site, which I’m guessing is powered by Spreadshirt on the backend?

“I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ass….I’m all out of bubble gum.”. From They Live, and I think it was used in Dazed and Confused too. This is not a great shirt. Matter of fact it’s pretty awful, but my bet is there are some better parodies out there. Know of any? Sell any? Comment, or post up yourself on our Social Net.
