Material Bitch Builds a Brand
With the shopping frenzy of the holidays just behind us we could think of a better time to post up Material Bitch - a mouthy and irreverent brand with a handful of attention getting women’s tees and tanks. From Fucking Fabulous (shown below) to the medieval logo tee Material Bitch’s attitude comes through loud and clear. The tees (and one tracksuit) are available online, and also in a handful of boutique clothing stores in Arizona.
What I like about Material Bitch is that it’s a relatively small line that appears way way bigger than it is. A great lesson to be learned for small store owners out there. The web site is deep and loaded with content that supports the MB attitude, from celebrity blogs to candid photos of shirt wearers. MB has done a nice job of supplying ‘rep’ content, like logos and wall papers along with plenty of press clippings and links to online media coverage.
